The position requires you to be hands-on in the field meeting trades to go over design, in the office managing production schedules and collaborating with clients, space planning, designing, as well as sourcing and ordering finishes. Once the designer has become proficient with company processes and with all the production and design duties, the designer may become eligible, if desired, to meet with new clients to initiate sales and earn a bonus on top of salary. The individual needs to be both confident in making decisions on their own as well as collaborating with our team as we work to make our business bigger and better.
