• This position will work with other disciplines to ensure accuracy of the package, meet schedule, and budget commitments and must meet expectations for attendance and punctuality. • The Interior Designer will meet with clients to prepare and/or validate the proposed scope of work and will be responsible for project cost control. Requirements • Qualified candidates will have a desire for personal and professional growth and a will have a well-defined understanding of design and construction document processes. This role requires the ability to apply a wide range of architectural and interior principles and practices with multiple clients and projects. • Demonstrated desire and ability to mentor and motivate staff, build strong design talent and work with a team located at various offices.
