Interior Designer

Interior Designers are the main point of contact with clients during the design phase of residential projects. Planning and leading design meetings, Designers help customers create and execute their design visions in concert with the build team to produce buildable designs that meet stated budget goals. Job Responsibilities • Lead design projects from beginning stages to completion • Build and maintain client/vendor relationships • Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, material finishes, FF&E, and lighting • Provide design support to and maintain open communication with clients, consultants, manufacturers, and team members during all phases of the project • Manage and generate presentation drawings, renderings, and other sales and design tools needed to accommodate the client • Tackle complex design issues as they arise Desired Qualifications • Previous qualified experience in residential design • Bachelor’s degree in design or related field • Proficiency in design software (Revit preferred) • Strong interpersonal and client relations skills • Thorough understanding of design principles • Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients • Flexibility and adaptability to fast-paced working environment • Enthusiastic approach to problem-solving Job Type: Full-time
