Hybrid Remote (1 day onsite required) Responsibilities: • Develop conceptual drawings, work with clients on design concepts, defining project requirements and high-level construction scope; evaluating operational impacts of the project, including cost analysis and coordination with master planning. • Provide data input into the space management software, FM Systems, to ensure the information is... accurate and up to date; producing periodic reporting. • Experience in management of complex and diverse project planning and execution, strategic planning on institutional, division, or departmental level. • Knowledge of and ability to understand design, architecture, engineering, and construction principles and concepts. • Ability to work with all levels of management and consultants.
