Knowledge of Interior Architecture and Architectural design specifically related to workplace planning, design concept development, design documentation, construction documentation, construction administration, and furniture (FF&E), and materials selection and specifications is a plus. • Create detailed drawings and 3D models of interior spaces, furniture layouts, and interior finishes using computer-aided design (CAD) software (Revit and Chief Architect a plus) • Work on design assignments that will include space planning, concept design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. • Assist with the creation of client proposals. • On track for professional licensure in interior design or architecture • Proficient in design software programs- CAD, Revit, sketch-up, Chief Architect a plus, and Microsoft Office • Minimum 4 years of experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
