Interior Designer

OVERVIEW & QUALIFICATIONS A client of Robert Half's is seeking a Senior Designer with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial interior design. This highly motivated team member will contribute to a growing organization by providing unparalleled customer service and maintaining accurate and dependable job management.The Senior Designer is responsible for overseeing, as well as preparing design documents, and conceptual renderings for presentations of interviews, proposals and/or project meetings. This position is responsible for any of the following duties which include but may not be limited to:GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESDesignMentor other design team members including but not limited to interior designers and design internsProject management of Design projectsManage production drawings during all design phasesLead programming phase of assigned projectsGenerate space plan solutionsRead, fully understand, and interpret drawings, scopes of work, and specifications in CSI Divisions... 9, 10, 11, and 12Attend meetings as requiredCritical Insight | Prepare 2D and 3D presentation design drawings in Revit Architecture, AutocadSupport the Director of Design with designs and presentationsConsult and build relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractorsMake a concerted effort to build cultivating relationships with vendors in such as lunch meetings, attending lunch and learns, or evening networking eventsChange Agent Assist in design procedures to continually improve our department and help differentiate us from competitors
