Interior Designer

River Brook Design & Construction is hiring for a full-time Interior Designer. The person in this position should expect to spend time both in and out of the River Brook Office/ Showroom. They will be responsible for meeting with customers at various stages in the process to ensure that adequate development of design plans are completed and also to choose design selections for each project prior to construction. Requirements: • 2+ years previous design experience in custom interior furnishings/ residential design/ home construction / remodeling industry • BA/BS University degree with a concentration in interior design, or equivalent experience • Competency with AutoCAD and SketchUp • Drafting experience • Comfortability with Microsoft programs • Knowledge of current interior design trends • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Project management skills • Be task oriented with drive to accomplish goals River Brook Design & Construction
