We are seeking a Lead Interior Designer with at least 10 years of experience in commercial an multifamily interior design and some experience with residential (helpful). In this job, you will work with a team to address the issues of our clients (style, budget, and schedule) and enjoy the challenge of working with sophisticated real estate developers. Strong design skills and proven ability to visually communicate design ideas are essential Strong CAD and construction documentation skills required; rendering experience preferred Working within an integrated architectural and interior design team to develop all phases of the design process and coordinate interior design with other disciplines.
