Interior Designer - Advanced - Linden House

Summary

Provide residential interior design services to walk-in and in-home clients for the Gallery, creating original designs that reflect the RH design point of view. Lead multiple design projects from initial contact through delivery while building a thriving design business within the Gallery. Serve as a client-facing design leader with refined taste, strong presentation skills, and an entrepreneurial approach to achieving fiscal goals.

Responsibilities

Create original residential interior designs using floor plans, sketches and visual presentationsMeet with clients in gallery and in their homes to determine design objectivesManage multiple design projects of varying sizes and oversee all phases of the client experienceExecute and teach daily client interaction standards through the RH design point of viewDrive design consulting to achieve gallery fiscal and business goalsRequirements

5+ years design experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferredArt, Architecture or Interior Design degree preferred and professional portfolio requiredProficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and space planning/rendering programs; strong graphic and digital presentation skillsHands-on installation experience and strong hand rendering/sketching skills preferredProficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications; licensed to drive and ability to travel preferred
