Interior Designer and Project Coordinator

Who We Are This is a unique, integrated role that blends architectural interior design, client consultation, project coordination, sales, and business development across our sister companies. Architectural Interior Design & Client Consultation (60%) • Lead initial and ongoing client consultations (in-showroom and in-home) • Educate clients on materials, products, and design approaches • Develop project scope, specifications, and detailed quotes (using assistive software) • Produce construction drawings and renderings (Chief Architect and/or AutoCAD/Revit) • Participate in collaborative team design sessions • Guide materials and finish selections with a consultative, comparison-based approach • Prepare and present design concepts, scope of work, and contracts • Support showroom merchandising and display updates Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural interior design and/or project coordination • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architectural Design, or related field • Proven proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Chief Architect (rendering required) for full project drawings • Solid cabinetry design and quoting skills • Experience with fine building materials and high-quality construction practices strongly preferred • Strong communication and client-facing skills
