Responsibilities include developing schematic designs, drafting furniture plans and elevations, sourcing and preparing presentations, attending client and vendor meetings, and maintaining budgets and schedules. The candidate should be knowledgeable of all vendors and showrooms, with experience in custom furniture and details. Draft floor plans, furniture plans, elevations, custom millwork, consider interior all aspects of interior architecture and electrical plans using AutoCAD. Be the main point of contact for the client under the Principal, frequently communicate with clients with clear communication and a professional etiquette. Proficiency with AutoCad and interior design software such as Design Manager.
