In this hybrid role, you will contribute to interior and architectural design efforts, help shape our aesthetic direction, and support marketing and community outreach efforts. 2–3+ years of professional experience in an architectural or interior design firm. Work Environment This is an in-office position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. You will have the opportunity to take a leadership role in interior design within a growing firm, with direct involvement in both design and marketing initiatives. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $36.06/hr.
