Interior Designer / Architectural Design Coordinator

Assist with project timelines, scheduling, and material trackingCoordinate design selections and installation schedulesCommunicate regularly with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure projects remain on trackHelp resolve design and construction challenges as they arise Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroomMeet with vendors to source and introduce new products and materialsCurate and update showroom displays to reflect current offerings and trendsManage and maintain the showroom inventory systemEnsure samples, materials, and product information are organized and up to date Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience in residential interior design, architectural drafting, or remodeling projects preferredProficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and space planningExcellent communication, organizational, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience with residential new construction and remodelingKnowledge of building codes and construction documentationExperience working in a showroom or design studio environment Combination of office work, showroom management, client meetings, and on-site project visits
