Interior Designer Assistant

Busy Interior Designer seeking an assistant for immediate start. * Full-time position * Interior Design and/or Home Staging Experience. * Looking for a creative, motivated, self-driven Interior Design assistant. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD BE: \\- Responsible - Highly Organized- Good at taking notes - Creative - Eager and Quick to learn - Strong Attention to Detail - Have a Passion for Interior Design, Art & Architecture SHOULD ALSO BE ABLE TO: \\- Communicate and coordinate with vendors, suppliers and consultants for samples, pricing and, purchasing \\- Must have strong oral and written communication skills \\- Be punctual and reliable \\- Work well under pressure and with tight deadlines and the ability to juggle multiple projects \\- Must have a car and a valid Driver's License, as this position would require some travel to and from job sites and vendors. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED WITH THE FOLLOWING: \\- CAD, (any other programs such as Sketchup or other rendering programs or willingness to learn a bonus) \\- Google drive, docs, sheets and other computer basics \\- Photoshop, In Design and/or Lightroom is an added plus but not required Please provide a cover letter, resume as well as a portfolio (if applicable) for consideration.
