The Assistant Space Manager performs specialized work and applies advanced knowledge of assigned space management, interior design duties, regulations, policies, codes, CAD standards, and procedures associated with interior design and project implementation for commercial and/or federal buildings. Applies experience and advanced knowledge in space planning and design services, including programming, space layouts, construction drawing, interior design and technical furniture and finish specification. Serves as a Contracting Officer's Representative for the procurement of small to mid-sized furniture projects and is responsible for producing drawings, specifications, and interior design packages in compliance with AMS.
