DHospitality is a Hospitality Design & Furniture company specializing in a variety of hotel renovation and new-build projects in search of a new team member with experience in the field! • Must have degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture - with interior design experience • Excellent knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, AutoCAD, Revit & 3D Rendering (ie.3Ds Max) • Excellent writing/verbal communication skills • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant • Create detailed and accurate designs and layouts for various projects • Meet/speak with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires • Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs • Highly detail oriented with great organizational skills • The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines is key • Strong time management skills • Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment • Responsiveness to clients' needs and directives • Strong creative and communication skills
