At a top level, the Designer will work with the client to drive workplace strategy. The designer will translate those conversations to the design team and work with the design team to bring the strategy to reality. This includes comprehensive design concepts, project development, and construction documents for the interior environment, specifying furniture, materials and finishes and understanding how these elements are detailed in the space. Key Responsibilities: • Participate in programming activities (requirements development) with account manager and client to understand office furniture needs and considerations. • Propose office furniture items and finishes to meet client functional, aesthetic and budgetary needs.
