This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. Responsibilities: • Directs the implementation of projects through all the phases of design; programming, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development and construction documentation / administration, when warranted. • Performs work of complex scope • Conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with detailed design documents.
