What You Can Expect: • Average Earning Potential After Training : $50000 - $80000 (inclusive of base commission and bonus) • Total Compensation Range: $26000 - $90000 • Post-Training Base Pay: $26000 per year • Commission & Bonus: Earn more with UNCAPPED commission on written sales 3.5% on La-Z-Boy Design Sales and 2% on other sales other than La-Z-Boy Design Sales.
