We’ve redefined the way people experience furniture, and now we’re looking for a talented Interior Designer who can bring that same creativity and expertise to our clients’ homes.This is your opportunity to combine your passion for design with a rewarding career — helping clients create beautiful, functional spaces while earning uncapped commissions. **What You Can Expect:*** **Training Pay:** $20 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission)* **Average Annual Earning Potential After Training:** $80,000 - $110,000+ (inclusive of base, bonus, and commission)* *The company will not pay less than state/local minimum wage requirements***Post-Training Pay:*** **Base Pay**: $26,000 per year* **Commission & Bonus:** Earn more with UNCAPPED commission on written sales – 3.5% on La-Z-Boy Design Sales and 2% on other sales, other than La-Z-Boy Design Sales. Should the base rate plus the commissions earned during a performance period not be at or greater than location minimum wage requirements for the period, the company will make a minimum wage adjustment for the employee to be compliant with minimum wage for the location.Weekly Hours:40******Benefits for Employees in the US:******Benefit offerings to employees and their families include: Medical, Vision, Dental and Basic Life Insurance, available 401k retirement plan with company match of up to 6%.
