Position Overview Successful candidates must have 3-5 years of experience within an architecture or design firm and hold a 4-year professional degree. Job Type: Full-Time. Key Responsibilities Self-directed experience with all phases of the architectural and design process, including programming and space planning, schematic design, code research, permitting, and independent production of construction documents, details, and specifications Experience with commercial tenant improvements, including design and drafting of floor plans, ceiling plans, casework, elevations, and details Understanding of BOMA area calculation methods and an ability to provide calculations to owners and brokers Ability to manage relationships and translate client needs into successful spaces Experience adhering to project budgets and timelines Technical proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
