• Assists senior staff with construction site visits to review, monitor, and report progress and perform other construction administration duties, such as shop drawings review, attend construction site meetings, review RFI’s, prepare ASI’s, PR’s, prepare status reports, per the contract documents. • Review project schedule & budget worksheets as it relates to specific projects. • Assist senior staff in the development and coordination of a furniture bid package (when requested). • Maintain administrative / technical documents required by senior staff as it pertains to the management of Interior Design projects. • Contract duties & responsibilities: • General knowledge of preparation and use of interior design / architectural contracts.
