This is a client-facing, sales-supportive role with a primary focus on cabinetry for upscale residential remodels, new construction, and multi-family projects. Responsibilities • Design custom cabinetry solutions using industry-standard design software • Lead cabinet-focused client consultations, guiding customers through layouts, finishes, hardware, and functionality • Confidently present cabinetry options, pricing, and value-driven upgrades • Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and high-quality 3D renderings • Coordinate with internal sales, project management, and installation teams to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and aligned with project requirements • Prepare detailed material, finish, and hardware specifications for quoting and ordering • Revise designs based on client feedback, site measurements, or construction conditions • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cabinet lines, finishes, hardware systems, and design trends • Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes and construction standards Qualifications • Prior experience in cabinet design, cabinet sales, or a related design field is a plus!
