What We're Looking For • A Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture • A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in interior design, with project management experience being a plus • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite with at least 2 years of experience • Experience in luxury design, hospitality, or high-rise residential projects is preferred • Knowledge of Revit is an advantage • A passion for design and creativity • Openness to constructive feedback and new ideas • An eagerness to learn, grow, and embrace new processes Compensation and Benefits: • A competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 per year • Paid time off • Tuition reimbursement for professional development • A comprehensive wellness program
