Responsibilities • Drive interior design from concept through execution on residential renovations and new build-out • Develop mood boards, drawings, renderings, and detailed specifications for finishes, and fixtures • Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, architects, vendors, trades, and clients • Guide material selections, procurement, and styling • Deliver client presentations and mood boards, adapting ideas per feedback • Monitor quality, budget, and schedule alignment during construction • Ensure selections comply with building codes and city codes • Support final project delivery including styling, punch-list, photography Required Skills Chapter is a technology-powered, full-service renovation firm expanding from NYC to Miami.
