Interior Designer | Commercial Interior Design

The Designer will ensure the drawings and designs are completed on time and adhere to the established specifications and drawing standards. They may prepare project schedules, bids, or proposals. Responsible for ensuring an Optimal Client Experience Assist Project Lead in developing conceptual and design development presentations for builders/developers Responsible for the execution of all design concepts, design development, construction documentation, and FF&E, working directly with the Project Lead Ensure all selections/products meet all required codes related to local, state, and national standards Assist in the execution of all design concepts, design development, and construction documentation, working directly with the Design Team Assist in project installations assigned to team Understand Job Cost Reports and assist Project Lead with reaching targeted profit margin Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Interior Design Degree Design and technical capabilities 3+ years in Design with a focus on commercial interior design Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate among a wide variety of audiences Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a fast‑paced environment Must be comfortable working in groups and participating in cross‑functional teams towards a common goal Travel as necessary Since its founding in 2003, Interior Talent has evolved into one of the leading talent recruitment and retention firms for the Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Retail, and Manufacturing industries.
