Intermediate Interior Designer Furniture Location: Minneapolis MN based out of our brand-new showroom at International Market Square Status: Full Time Exempt Reports To: Furniture Manager Design That Makes Work Better As an Interior Designer at Innovative youre more than a designer youre a creative partner problem solver and trusted advisor. Youll work from our exciting new space at International Market Square a bright inspiring environment that shows off the best in workplace design and fuels creativity every day.

Our clients rely on your design insight product knowledge and ability to connect the dots between vision budget and function. Partner with Account Executives on projects of all sizes from quick wins to complex large-scale installs Actively engage with customers and influencers to identify project needs and solutions Support client meetings showroom tours and on-site visits Assist with site measurements inventories and space assessment Design & Solutions Solve real client challenges through thoughtful design and product selection Develop engaging customer presentations Maintain proactive communication with project team Finalize pricing and installation documents Collaborate with the Design Manager to develop design solutions contributing ideas that support both the client vision and team goals Assist walk-in customers in selecting furniture solutions Manage priorities with a customer-first mindset 24 year Interior Design degree ~4 years of relevant interior design or contract furniture experience Microsoft Office Open to occasional travel in support of projects Why Innovative Office Solutions Work from a brand-new beautifully designed showroom at International Market Square Be part of a collaborative creative and supportive team Design spaces that truly impact how and where people work As an Innovative Office Solutions employee you are eligible for medical dental vision HSA FSA Short and Long Term Disability Basic Life and AD&D Insurance Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance Voluntary Benefits and 401(k) if you work 30 or more hours per week.
