• Serve as leader on each project to coordinate and supervise all aspects of the scope of work • Perform site survey of existing conditions and field measurements • Produce space plans, pricing plans, design development packages and construction documents • Demonstrate competency with building codes, TAS/ADA and healthcare design • Prepare bid invitation and qualify bids • Review change orders and review and approve all pay applications • Establish and maintain construction budget • Lead construction progress meetings • Review contractor submittals and RFI's during construction • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status • Handle multiple tasks while remaining detail oriented and delivering results within given timelines • Communicate well with clients and team members Lincoln Property Company ("Lincoln") is one of the largest private real estate firms in the United States.
