We're in search of an experienced designer ready to jump in on small to mid-size remodeling projects with varying levels of complexity. Solid space planning skills are essential. A background in design-build or residential remodeling is a plus. Design small to mid-size kitchen, bath, and whole house remodels Produce detailed construction drawings, including electrical plans, elevations, floorplans and permit sets Lead clients through the design process from concept to completion Specify all design materials for projects Collaborate with a design/build team in planning and executing projects Minimum 3 years in interior design, preferably in residential remodeling
