Interior Designer/ Design Consultant

Role Description The Interior Designer/Design Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Novi, MI. Strong interior design skills, including Interior Design and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection.Proficiency in Space Planning to create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts aligned with client needs.Understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings to communicate design intent and coordinate with trade professionals.Experience in residential design consulting, including client-facing work in a showroom or similar environment.Proficiency with design tools/software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic presentation tools.Strong visual, conceptual, and color sense, with the ability to create cohesive design schemes.Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and follow through on details from concept to completion.Associate or bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.Availability to work full-time onsite in Novi, MI, including some evenings or weekends based on client and showroom needs.
