If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for construction management, we encourage you to apply. • Lead the creative and conceptual stages of the projects under the direction of Directors. • Communicate with clients about the Preconstruction process • Import client selections into Buildertrend • Keep projects on track to adhere to Buildertrend Schedule • Draft custom cabinets for every client using Design 2020 • Measure for cabinets on site to assure accurate sizing/ Order cabinets • Select Spec home selections • Render 2D/3D Home elevation in Photoshop (or similar program) • Work alongside the Directors and Associates to lead multiple projects with the assistance of more junior members of the team.
