As part of our collaborative practice, you'll work closely with clients and design teams, learning how to use industry insights and research to drive design decisions. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills by working on a variety of tasks, from creating material and finish palettes to preparing 3D renderings and presentation drawings. If you are a collaborative designer with a strategic mindset this might be the position for you. • Develop design concepts that align with overall project direction and functionality • Create graphic presentations to communicate design intent • Develop documentation and detailing skills to bring design ideas that are constructable to life • Analyze and integrate sustainable materials, products, and FF&E into designs • Exhibit a willingness to understand the value of coordination within our integrated practice by gaining exposure during site walks, CA meetings and attending lessons learned.
