Interior Design Hoefer Welker has an opening for an Interior Designer with an exceptionally creative design portfolio and will collaborate in all phases of project design with a focus on conceptual design, programming, space planning, documentation and selection of materials, finishes, furniture and artwork. Essential Responsibilities: • Overall knowledge of construction documentation and process • Possess interpersonal and client relation skills and the ability to handle multiple projects • Ability to assist in the production and development of design proposals • Overall knowledge of furniture specifications and budgets • Ability to lead client meetings regarding interior design issues and maintain client contact • Flexibility and agility to work on projects in a variety of locations • Proficiency in Revit and experience in Revit rendering Education/Experience: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in the field of Architecture or Interior Design with AIA or NCIDQ certification or architectural registration preferred.
