Amazing opportunity for an experienced interior designer who is passionate about programming, space planning and focusing on the end goal. • Provide leadership to clients project team(s). • Motivate the project team to meet project goals through encouragement and/or course correction • Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment. • Assist in the preparation of bid documents on the clients behalf for construction, FF&E and move and relocation services as required. • Experience with delivering both construction document and construction administration phases including code review is required • Present with skills in developing overall project work plans and consultant coordination, along with managing overall project fees and schedules • Applicant must have strong conceptual design and the ability to generate creative solutions for design tasks while respecting the functional parameters of each project.
