Interior Designer for National Property Management Company

Aspen Square Management is seeking an Interior Designer to join our National Design Team and become part of a creative and dynamic team that works closely to achieve the successful renovation and re-branding of multi-family housing assets within the Aspen Square Management portfolio. They work collaboratively with our Management and Construction Teams to accomplish company goals and are given the ability to make high-level design decisions. Our design position provides a unique opportunity to experience both the residential and commercial design worlds in a lucrative and exciting industry. • Create Design Specification Packets in Revit (with detailed plans for items such as electrical locations, lighting, & custom-built furniture) for construction teams to use as a guide in conjunction with architectural drawings during property renovations
