Save for Later **Description** • *This is an excellent opportunity for you to join NBBJ - Seattle Healthcare studio in an Interior Designer Role with a focus on FFE. • *Your new role:** • Proactive team involvement and willingness to participate in ideation of design • Facilitate furniture process through all design phases -- schematic, design, CD & CA • Work with technical team to ensure design intent is accurately interpreted in documents • Develop space planning and furniture test fit concepts to integrate with interior design • Develop furniture budgets for large and small projects • Create beautiful graphics for furniture presentations to client • Participate in selection of furniture, materials and fabrics • Generate technical furniture specifications • Work with furniture manufacturers and furniture dealers to develop FFE design • *What you will need to succeed:** • Bachelor Degree from accredited school; or Interior Design or Interior Architecture degree from an accredited program • Three (3) or more years of professional experience • Strong organization skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time • Proven creativity and innovation in design • Working knowledge in Revit • Working knowledge in Access Database • Proficient in In-Design, Photoshop and Illustrator • Experience in furniture selection, finishes, materials & specifications • Strong verbal and graphic communication skills; effective client relationship skills In our work, we never settle for the status quo and always strive to live by our values in service to our clients' organizations, our profession, our society and ourselves.
