Interior Designer - Future Talent Pool

The Interior Designer at Hive Collective oversees all aspects of ongoing interior design projects, from conception to completion. Project Management: • Manage all phases of the client experience, from consultations through delivery and site visits, alongside the Senior Designer. Design Execution • Provide design expertise, execute design projects, and support the Senior Interior Designer with large-scale projects in collaboration with the team. Team Collaboration and Leadership • Work closely with the Senior Interior Designer to review project specifications and ensure that client and business partner needs are met. What Your Background / Experience Should Look Like: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design • Proficiency in AutoCAD • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication abilities • A deep understanding of luxury design, style, and decor • Ability to manage and execute design projects • Experience in client consultations and presentations • Knowledge of current design trends, social media, and industry forecasting • Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business
