This role is ideal for a creative, detail‑driven designer who enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, owning interior design solutions, and carrying projects from concept through construction.What You’ll DoParticipate in projects from Interior Concept Design through Construction AdministrationDevelop interior design concepts, space plans, finish palettes, and construction documentation using Revit, CAD, and BIM toolsCollaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams to deliver integrated interior solutionsPrepare and present interior design ideas to clients, contractors, and colleaguesPartner with Project Managers to support design goals, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate interior specifications, furnishings, fixtures, and materialsParticipate in client meetings, project coordination, and on‑site construction observationsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited program5+ years of professional interior design experience in an architectural or design firmNCIDQ certification or actively working toward certification preferredCommercial interior design experience, preferably in one or more of the following markets: Multi‑Family / Multi‑Use, Workplace, Financial, IndustrialStrong understanding of the interior design process from programming through constructionProficiency in Revit, CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of interior detailing, materials, finishes, and building systems coordinationExcellent organization, communication, and time‑management skillsAbility to balance creative vision with technical accuracy and documentationRequirementsBachelor’s DegreeCommute to this job’s locationWorking in an onsite settingAuthorized to work in the United States3+ years of Architecture and Planning experienceNo need for visa sponsorship3+ years of work experience with RevitFeatured benefitsMedical insuranceVision insurance401(k)Paid maternity leavePaid paternity leaveDisability insuranceWhy Design Collaborative?Design Collaborative is a people‑first firm guided by five core values: people first, don’t be a passenger, love what you do, give back, and have fun.
