With this hybrid role you must be a self-directed leader, responsible for development, implementation and creation of project design concepts from mid- size to large size projects. The role provides design continuity and leadership through the entire project by developing the initial design concept and coordinating with other team members to further develop design concepts through schematic design, design development, and construction phases. • Basic Graphic Design knowledge. • Artistic sensibility – you must have a trained eye and be able to recognize good artwork. • Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced work environment with diverse tasks and personalities
