Award-winning Architecture & Engineering firm has an opening for an Interior Designer in their healthcare group. Company is currently working on a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Direct-hire position with outstanding compensation/benefits! Duties... • Create complete sets of interior design documents to meet healthcare project goals, milestones, and schedules • Interface daily with clients, architects, project managers, designers, and construction personnel • Implement overall design plans that support the aesthetic, budget, and functionality of healthcare construction projects • Participate in and/or lead design meetings, consultant meetings, and project team meetings • Participate in interior design code reviews Requirements: • Interior Design or Architectural degree • 3+ years of interior design experience • Must have healthcare/medical interior design experience • Revit proficiency • Experience creating plans for “ground up” construction projects • Certified Interior Designer (CID) a plus • LEED AP and/or WELL AP certification a plus • Knowledge of building regulations, FGI guidelines, and safety codes • Ability to pass a drug test
