Award-winning architecture firm located in downtown Culver City, California, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their team of Architects and Designers. They are currently searching for a passionate Interior Designer with 8+ years of project experience in healthcare interior design. The ideal candidate will work closely on various healthcare interior design projects, partnering with a multi-disciplinary team to refine designs, prepare presentations, select materials and FF&E, create construction documents, and coordinate with consultants and contractors. The Senior Interior Designer will work closely with clients, Design Leaders, and project teams to deliver innovative and creative design solutions for healthcare environments. Preferred candidates will have: • 8+ years of professional experience in interior design, with 5+ years in healthcare design • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture or professional equivalent • Knowledge of building codes and HCAI • Experience leading design teams • Creative and innovative in design solutions • Knowledge of building codes and regulations • Attention to detail and precision in design execution • Experience in CAD, Revit, Sketchup and the Adobe Creative Suite is required.
