The Senior Designer has experience in design and delivery of interior architecture projects with a focus on healthcare. • Demonstrate extensive design theory, space planning, and project management knowledge • Coordinate project systems to ensure compatibility with the design intent and implement sustainable design principles. • Participate in design meetings and communicate efficiently and proactively with team to obtain pertinent design criteria; able to translate into actionable steps. • Participate in ongoing learning around strategic areas of focus, including partner products and solutions, sustainable design, design tools and technology, workplace strategy, healthcare strategy, and healthcare codes. • 5+ years interior design, or architecture experience required.
