Interior Designer / Home Stager (Luxury Modern Design)

Desert Sky Design is growing, and we are searching for an Interior Designer who brings strong creative instincts, high energy, and a modern design eye. Key Responsibilities • Create interior design concepts with a strong modern aesthetic • Support luxury home staging projects from planning to installation • Produce drawings, plans, and digital design materials using professional software • Participate in selections including furniture, materials, finishes, decor, and textiles • Assist with sourcing and procurement for interior design and staging projects • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure inventory aligns with project needs • Participate in real time styling and staging alongside the owner and lead designer • Provide warm, polished client interaction and design guidance • Maintain accuracy, detail, and strong follow through on all design projects • Adjust quickly on installation days and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment Qualifications • 2 to 7 plus years of interior design experience • Strong modern design eye with modern, luxury experience • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and or Rhino, plus Adobe Creative Suite highly preferred • Experience in home staging is highly preferred • Background in residential interior design is strongly beneficial • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team • Excellent communication skills with a client-friendly approach • High energy, positive attitude, and natural ability to adapt quickly • Passion for luxury design, modern styling, and creative problem solving If you enjoy the energy of staging, the creativity of interior design, and the momentum of a growing luxury design firm, you will feel right at home.
