Technical Interior Designer - Hospitality Interior Design Projects | Las Vegas, NV Qualifications Bachelor's/Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or Project Management from an accredited academic institution4-7 years of technically focused interior design experience, including experience in significant hospitality and/or entertainment-related design projectsA portfolio of work demonstrating abilitiesRecently completed a significant resort hospitality projects through construction administration with field and project closeout experienceInternational project and/or client experience preferredProficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, AutoCAD 2018 or newer, Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat, Hand Sketches, Microsoft Office, REVIT 2018 or Newer, Space PlanningIntermediate proficiency in AutoDesk Form IT, Procore/BIM360/PlanGrid/Other, Sketchup, Spexx or SimilarExperience with Consultant Management, Master-Planning, Microsoft Project/PrimaveraDesign sensitive, have finely tuned aesthetic sensibilities, and have a broad design vocabulary in order to support high-profile clients, high-caliber design teams, and high-end design projects with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to communicate visually through excellent drawing ability, illustration, and descriptive writing.Industry knowledge and awareness of design processes and procedures supporting world-class leaders in design and innovation.
