• Develop strong relationship with Vendors • Prepare and manage Furniture Budgets • Utilize Vendors and Materials knowledge to create unique and innovative presentations • Work closely with project consultants to provide clear, concise and coordinated construction drawings • Review Drawing deliverables for manager’s review • Produce documentation, detailed instructions, drawings and specifications. More about you: • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design • Experience should be relevant to Multifamily • Technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite • Bluebeam, Revit & SketchUp is desirable • Excellent analytical & problem solving skills • Strong written and verbal skills • Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm and with clients • Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and concepts both verbally and digitally • Develop Strong Intercompany relationships Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Vision insurance
