With over 20 years of combined experience and advanced knowledge of technology to every project, we are looking to expand our team and offerings in Interior Design. Responsibilities: • Supporting and assisting in developing overall furnishing layouts for residential, contract projects under senior designer and/or architect. • Produce specifications for all aspects of ongoing projects (Project Manual using Design Spec) with the Project Manager. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or in a closely related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: • Familiarity with space planning methodology • Construction Documents • Working knowledge of the range of design principles and aesthetics • Using AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, Rhino, Sketch-up, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Enscape to create construction documents, 3D sketches/renderings, and client presentations.
