Interior Designer I

HBG Design is seeking a skilled Interior Designer to contribute to the design and delivery of the firm's high-profile hospitality and entertainment projects. The position will help lead a design team in the execution of interior designs and ensure that all results meet the established design goals for each project. As a part of a team that values professional excellence and collaboration, the successful candidate will be empowered to ask questions, lead discussions, and gain exposure to design thinking alongside some of the national hospitality and entertainment industry's best creative minds. In this role, the Interior Designer will regularly monitor and track internal deadlines set by the Senior Interior Designer or Project Manager to ensure timely project delivery, develop designs with multiple options, and communicate the differences effectively. The position requires familiarity with products and vendors, advanced knowledge of materials, and the ability to research new product ideas while working within budget limits.
