Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to develop functional, flexible, and user-centered layouts.Understanding of Architecture and coordination with architectural teams to ensure integrated design solutions.Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and documentation for interiors projects.Experience with FF&E selection, specification, and coordination, including finishes and materials.Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements, and industry standards, with experience in government or institutional projects a plus.Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an on-site team environment.3+ years commercial interior design experience.
