This role requires the ability to resolve complex technical and design challenges, as well as proficiency in space planning. Essential Job Functions: • Interprets client requirements and develops cohesive design concepts, integrating interior design principles. Experience: • Professional Degree in Interior Design or related discipline • 5-7 years' experience in the application of interior design principles and theory • Fundamental experience in programming, planning principles, materials, and furnishings • Knowledge of CAD and Revit 3D modeling skills • Sketching and graphic design skills • Provides design support to the project team • Ability to direct and coordinate work efforts of administrative staff • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Collaborative and professional work ethic • NCIDQ Certification required
