The ideal candidate will be involved in all phases of the design process, including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development. This role requires the ability to resolve complex technical and design challenges, as well as proficiency in space planning. Responsibilities will include participation in the selection and specification of furniture systems, coordination with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to ensure project objectives are achieved. • Prepares key design and construction documents, including plans, elevations, layouts, and schedules. Experience: • Professional Degree in Interior Design or related discipline • 5-7 years' experience in the application of interior design principles and theory • Fundamental experience in programming, planning principles, materials, and furnishings • Knowledge of CAD and Revit 3D modeling skills • Sketching and graphic design skills • Provides design support to the project team • Ability to direct and coordinate work efforts of administrative staff • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Collaborative and professional work ethic • NCIDQ Certification required #J-18808-Ljbffr
